Sales dip at Argos but owner on track for multimillion profit
Homebase said it was on track to report profit before tax of £93 million
Argos, which has been the subject of takeover bids recently, has reported a 2.6 per cent dip in like-for-like sales for the year to the end of February. Home Retail Group, the company that owns Argos and recently sold Homebase, said it was on track to report profit before tax of £93 million.
