Salad chain Sprout & Co grows its business with ‘allotments’ concept
Quick-service salad chain Sprout & Co has plans to open another central Dublin outlet in the coming months to service the new ‘allotments’ wing of its business.
Launched by brothers Jack and Theo Kirwan in 2015, the ‘fast casual’ restaurant chain now has five outlets in Dublin. The business, which grows half of the produce used in its salads, recorded sales of €5.3 million last year.
