RTE is seeking submissions from companies to develop and manage an audience engagement programme.

It is planning on consolidating its audience activities so it can tell what content each person is consuming across all of its platforms, including TV, radio, social, web and mobile.

This single-user profile will give the state broadcaster a fresh insight into how its audience uses its content and services across different platforms.
