The sale of Rothco to Accenture was worth in the region of €20 million
The sale of Rothco to Accenture has been approved by the competition watchdog.
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission cleared the acquisition last Thursday. It had been notified of the transaction on December 15, 2017.
