Retailers train for small coins rounding

Retailers around the country will be provided with training next month by the Central Bank in relation to its plans to phase out one and two cent coins.

Earlier this year, the government gave the green light to proposals to introduce rounding on cash payments for goods and services at the end of October, a move that will see one cent and two cent coins disappear.
