Report blamed for nosedive in First Derivatives share price

A highly critical research report has been blamed by industry insiders for a sharp decline in the share price of Newry-based software firm First Derivatives.

The share price has collapsed since the report, by ShadowFall Capital & Research, was issued late last month. On October 3, the share price began a tumble from over £41 a share to a low of £24.70, before recovering slightly late last week to close at £26.60.
