Dublin-based UTV media sales executive Joe Henry has teamed up with former Oasis manager Alan McGee to create a new reality TV show format designed to discover a successful band manager.

Henry has entered the show in the Virgin Media Business VOOM entrepreneur competition, which gives British and Irish businesses the opportunity to pitch their ideas to Richard Branson to win a slice of a prize fund worth over €1.2 million.
