Ulster Bank staff will be spared RBS’s bonus cuts

RBS, the parent company of Ulster Bank, has announced plans to scrap incentives for all customer-facing employees in its personal and business banking business. However, a spokesperson for Ulster Bank in Ireland said that the measures applied only to RBS and NatWest, and not to Ulster Bank.
