Queue-skip app to close €500k funding
Young founders of the Bamboo app are planning an expansion to Singapore
Bamboo, an app that allows users to skip queues in cafes and restaurants by ordering and paying in advance, is on target to close a funding round of €500,000 ahead of a planned expansion to Singapore at the end of the year.
It was founded by Luke Mackey, 22, and Alan Haverty, 23, who started building the app as soon as they finished college in May 2016.
