PTSB: Central Bank tracker mortgage action almost completed

Permanent TSB has said it believes the enforcement action taken against it by the Central Bank over the tracker mortgage scandal is nearly closed.

The bank was the first to reveal the full scale of the tracker scandal in 2016 was much bigger than had previously been disclosed, and eventually ended up admitting that almost 2,000 customers has been impacted.

The Central Bank has brought enforcement proceedings against all the main lenders, and they are facing fines...
