The company is owned by Andy Connolly and Paul Brown - who earlier this year sold their interest in League of Ireland soccer team Dundalk FC
The company was sitting on assets worth €10.1 million - including property worth €6.2 million, inventories worth €2.6 million, and receivables worth €1.2 million.
It owed its creditors - mostly bank loans - just under €2.5 million.
Fastfix had 12 employees and a wage bill of €770,764, down from €873,734.

EY reports €393m revenues in Republic of Ireland for 2021 financial year
