Irish companies are increasingly concerned about the reputational and financial damage that can be caused by employees who are problem gamblers, an expert has said.

Epic Risk Management, a British-based company that provides “gambling harm-minimisation”, is working with two Irish companies in the communications and financial services sectors.

Paul Buck, its chief executive, knows all too well about the damage an addicted employee can do to a corporation.
