Gender pay gap reform is on the horizon for Irish organisations. Employers should start to prepare now.

Last month, the government sought cabinet support for draft legislation that will make it compulsory for employers to publish company gender pay gap data.

In tandem with the Gender Pay Gap Information Bill, a similar Labour Party bill is awaiting report stage in the Seanad.
