Poulet Bonne Femme invests for expansion

Poulet Bonne Femme has opened its fourth rotisserie chicken stand in Avoca’s Kilmacanogue store in north Wicklow.

Established in 2009 by husband and wife Gavin McCarthy and Sara Mitchell, Poulet Bonne Femme has three rotisserie outlets in Avoca’s Dublin stores in Monkstown, Rathcoole and Suffolk Street in the city centre.

The pair started selling free range chicken, roasted French-style on a spit, at farmers’ markets.
