Empathy Marketing, the company behind discount ecommerce website Pigsback, will double its revenues to €30 million this year after acquiring rival sites and

Empathy, owned by Michael Dwyer, bought the sites from Irish firm Bite a Bargain for an undisclosed sum.

Dwyer believes the deal, which closed last week, makes his company a leader in the Irish deals market.
