Oil exploration company is in the midst of a vigorous restructuring
Irish oil and exploration firm Petroceltic could be publicly refloated after its restructuring, according to the company’s new owner.
Angelo Moskov of Worldview Capital, which took Petroceltic private after a lengthy boardroom battle and an examinership process, said the company was still in the middle of a vigorous restructuring, but that the combination of cost cutting and a better oil price meant that the idea of re-floating was now on the cards.
