Bill Walsh is founder and chief executive of Aspire Technology, the Dublin company that recently announced plans to create 150 jobs over three years. It will recruit software developers, network engineers, design specialists and project managers.

Fifty of the jobs will be created at its Sandyford headquarters this year. Aspire Technology employs 66 people, including 50 in Sandyford and an overseas office in Belgrade, Serbia. Established in 2009, it sells end-to-end network optimisation software and services...
