Dermot Reynolds is senior director of engineering at travel software company Datalex. Established in 1985, the company employs 300 people at its Dublin headquarters and overseas offices in Britain, America, China, America and the Netherlands. The company’s digital commerce and retail platform is used by airlines such as JetBlue, Swiss International Air Lines and Air China. It recently announced plans to create 200 jobs within 18 months.
