A buoyant Irish and British retail market and a new internet sales strategy are driving profits for one of Ireland’s most successful fashion designers, Orla Kiely.

According to Kiely’s husband and company chief executive Dermot Rowan, the British market is “definitely out of recession” and the Irish market is “very steady” for the brand. He said a new retail app and strong internet sales were increasing business internationally....
