Northern Irish property developer Parker Green International has closed a deal to buy its Nama-era debts from vulture fund Cerberus.
It is the first time a former Nama borrower in Northern Ireland has refinanced loans from Cerberus, which bought the Project Eagle loan book of Northern Irish assets last year.
The deal was backed by the Garrison Investment Group in New York and Earlsfort Capital in Dublin.
