Panadol maker launching €800k campaign to highlight Irish link

With 99,000 employees in 150 countries across the world, pharma firm GSK is very much a global company, but in recent years it has been highlighting its work in Ireland through its advertising campaigns here.

Last year the drug marker, which employs 1,700 across four locations in Ireland, ran a marketing campaign called Made In Ireland to highlight that Panadol is produced in Dungarvan, Co Waterford. Around 6.5 billion Panadol tablets are produced in Dungarvan each year,...
