Paddy Power Betfair is to cut up to 300 jobs from its Irish operation following the merger of the two gambling
firms in February.
The €10 billion merger of the two businesses aimed to deliver cost savings of €62 billion a year, some of which will be achieved by cutting around 650 jobs from the group's workforce of more than 7,000.
