O’Sullivan’s SOSV boosts start-up spend to €100m
'Ireland is certainly punching above its weight'
Sean O’Sullivan’s accelerator-based venture capital firm, SOSV, will double its annual investment in start-ups from $50 million (€47 million) to $100 million by 2019.
SOSV operates globally, but Irish start-ups win about one-fifth of its overall investment annually, with O’Sullivan saying that “Ireland is certainly punching above its weight”.
