A peer-to-peer property platform has launched in Dublin, allowing individuals to contribute as little as €500 to crowdfunding campaigns for new home-building projects around the country.
Propertybridges.com will allow small builders and developers to crowdfund housing projects with the aim of alleviating the housing crisis. The start-up has been launched by Linkedfinance.com co-founder Marc Rafferty with €100,000 in backing from Enterprise Ireland and the National Digital Research Centre (NDRC) in Dublin.
