Plastics and environmental services company One 51 will appoint two representatives of its largest shareholder Dermot Desmond to its board next week.
Desmond owns more than 20 per cent of the company which last Friday reported a 51 per cent increase in group revenue to €214.6 million for the first half of the year. Desmond’s directors are understood to be Pat Gilroy and Dalton Philips.
