Developer Michael O’Flynn could end up managing some of his most prized former assets on behalf of Blackstone as part of the deal the two parties are carving out to resolve their differences.

Former O’Flynn properties including the landmark Elysian Tower in Cork are believed to be among those that the developer would manage under the agreement that was in the process of being thrashed out last week.
