The facilities management business last year acquired a specialist engineering firm with a turnover of €2 million

Aine Mulcahy, the managing director of OCS Ireland, which employs 2,500 people here, has said it is looking at making acquisitions of up to €10 million in the Irish market.

“We are looking for niche businesses that we could bolt on as opposed to acquiring a large rival cleaning and contracting company,” she said.
