O’Brien’s Actavo makes first push into the United States

Business formerly known as Sitserv describes deal as a "strategic milestone"

Actavo, the engineering solutions company formerly known as Siteserv, has made its first move into North America with the acquisition of a key division of Atlantic Engineering Group.

This division has operations in Georgia, Texas, Missouri and Colorado and employs 120 network design engineers.

Actavo, which is majority controlled by tycoon Denis O’Brien, did not disclose how much it paid for the business which operates primarily in the fibre to the home and business sector....
