Offloading 75 per cent stake in Digicel Myanmar Tower nets tycoon €200m
Businessman Denis O’Brien has added to his cash pile as he offloads more assets by closing the sale of his 75 per cent shareholding in Digicel Myanmar Tower Company for an enterprise value of $221 million (€200 million).
Malaysia’s Edotco, a subsidiary of one of Asia’s larger telcos Axiata Group, completed its acquisition of O’Brien’s stake last week.
