O’Brien-backed cloud security firm in $3 million US merger
Another9 is joining forces with US-based CTI
An Irish cloud security firm backed by businessman Denis O’Brien is investing over $3 million as part of a merger and rebranding.
Baldonnel-based Another9, which has provided IT security services to Irish Water, AIB, and A&L Goodbody, is merging with US-based CTI to form a new business called CTI Global.
Another9 chief executive Steve O’Brien will become chief executive of the new company.
