NTMA to raise at least €3 billion with new 10-year bond
First funding of 2016 set to go ahead tomorrow morning
The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) is to issue a new 10-year bond in a move expected to raise at least €3 billion in borrowings.
In its first funding for 2016, the NTMA is looking to capitalise on low borrowing rates.
The syndicated issue is expected to proceed tomorrow morning, provided market conditions stay the same.
