Nowlan in talks with pension funds about bankrolling social housing
Sources suggest New Ireland and Irish Life have been approached
Property mogul Bill Nowlan has begun discussions with several large pension funds about funding his social housing enterprise, which aims to raise hundreds of millions of euro for the provision of social and affordable housing.
It is thought that Nowlan has met with the larger Irish pension funds, with market sources suggesting that New Ireland and Irish Life have been approached about funding the project.
