Norwegian Airlines has said it pulled its transatlantic routes from Ireland as a result of poor route performance and to help return the overall business to profitability.
The low-cost transatlantic carrier announced last week that it would no longer operate routes between Cork, Dublin and Shannon airports and the US and Canada from next month onwards.
