Emma Devlin and Cathal O’Donoghue, co-founders of Dublin-based craft brewer Rascals Brewing Co, met while they were both living in New Zealand in 2009. Prior to moving there, Devlin had been working in energy management at Dublin Airport, and O’Donoghue as a pharmaceutical engineer.
