Law firm Ronan Daly Jermyn has merged with JM Burke Tax Solicitors, a niche legal practice in Dublin specialising in largely contentious tax work. The merger will see JM Burke’s Julie Burke and Clare McGuinness join Ronan Daly Jermyn as partners.
