Medtech start-up Nuritas is to collaborate with food company Nestlé with the aim of discovering bioactive peptide networks within specific target areas.

Nuritas develops therapeutic food ingredients using artificial intelligence (AI) to find food molecules with potential health benefits for food, personal care products and nutritional supplements.

The company is working with multinationals in the European and US food sectors to develop products for the functional food market.
