Shimmer, the Dublin-based developer of wearable wireless sensors, has agreed a joint venture with Essen Electronic Systems, an Indian company specialising in embedded electronics systems.
Operating as Esmedtek, the joint venture will produce a wearable electrocardiogram (ECG) monitor called Heartwear.
