Taoglas, the Enniscorthy-headquartered wireless Internet-of-Things (IoT) company, has acquired US firm Think Wireless Inc.

The Florida company sells antennae systems for commercial vehicles in the trucking, bus, off-road and motorcycle markets.

Under the terms of the deal, Think Wireless’s Pompano Beach facility will become Taoglas’s third design and development hub in the US and ninth globally.
