Debt adviser New Beginning has lined up funding for the first phase of what it is understood to be calling a Home Mortgage Rescue Scheme backed by Irish investors.
The aspiration would be that the scheme could be rolled out nationwide to thousands of homeowners facing repossession. Funding is in place for phase one of the scheme and it hopes to progress within weeks.
