Oi Organic Italian Hairdressing opened in the coastal Dublin suburb of Dalkey two years ago, offering a range of organic and herbal hair colouring and styling services.

Situated on Castle Street, the salon is run by husband-and-wife team Francesco Piccolo and Ivana Margarini, who met 15 years ago while both were working in Rome for Alfaparf Milano. They moved to Ireland in 2016.
