Nama will proceed with more than €300 million worth of high-profile asset sales in the coming weeks as the agency prepares to step up its disposals ahead of winding down.

It is understood that the agency is preparing the Gibson Hotel in Dublin’s Docklands for sale, with sources speculating that a price tag of around €80 million could be achieved.
