Nama £25m building triples in value

A London building sold by Nama for £25 million is back on the market with an asking price three times higher, and a clamour of sovereign wealth and other international funds seeking to bid.

Bow Street Magistrates’ Court in Covent Garden, in the heart of London’s retail and leisure district, is expected to fetch upwards of £75 million – a three-fold price increase in just five years since the toxic debt agency disposed of it....
