Murphy’s Ice Cream hopes to open a shop in Mallorca, the Spanish island in the Mediterranean.

Set up in 2000, Murphy’s employs 80 people in the peak season and has ice cream parlours in Dingle and Killarney in Kerry, and in Kilkenny, Galway, and Dublin.
