Peter Sandys has been elected chairman of the Irish Venture Capital Association (IVCA). Sandys, who also chaired the IVCA in 2010, is managing partner at Seroba Life Sciences. He co-founded Seroba in 2002 and was formerly managing director of ABN Amro Corporate Finance.
