A High Court petition has been made for the wind-up of Emuse, a Dublin software company backed by several wealthy and influential figures.

First Names Trust Company, a corporate services provider, is seeking the wind-up over debts in the region of €2.8 million. It is believed that directors of Emuse are petitioning to oppose the move.
