A new interactive iPhone app has just been launched, aimed at prospective home buyers seeking information on mortgage rates, deposit requirements and borrowing costs.
The app, called IrishMortgages, follows on from a similar app in Britain, which has had about 100,000 downloads since its launch two years ago.
