The Irish arm of social media intelligence firm Meltwater is expanding this year as it attempts to attract more business here.

The company promises “outside insight” for clients, providing tools for firms to measure their online reputations and that of their competitors. Meltwater began in Norway but now has 50 offices across six continents and is used by more than 25,000 organisations.
