The completion of the new Dublin Institute of Technology campus at Grangegorman could be delayed by a year to 2019 as a consequence of a legal challenge, the Commercial Court has heard.

BAM, the construction firm with headquarters in the Netherlands, is suing the Department of Education and the National Treasury Managment Agency after it lost out on a €200 million tender for a key portion of the build.
