Marlet close to selling two ex-Dublin Living sites worth €50m
Marlet Property is closing in on two property deals worth up to €50 million on sites in Dublin that had been due to be part of the company’s aborted ‘Dublin Living’ portfolio sale.
Marlet, which is led by Kerry developer Pat Crean, abandoned plans to forward-fund the sale of the €450 million portfolio of apartments earlier this year.
