LotusWorks, the Sligo technical and engineering business which employs over 500 staff and turns over €50 million per year, has been sold to four senior executives in a management buyout.

The firm, which was founded by Fergal Broder in 1989, has grown substantially over the past four years. It now has four overseas offices: two in the United States and two in Canada.
